  When we got there to pick them up both pups were cowering in the corner together with a little girl no more than 5-6 years old to supervise with a nice big bull dog in the same pen.

  Would not recommend going through the grooming service. After telling both staff members on numerous occasions that my dog does not like and cope well with smaller dogs, they did nothing to help my dogs situation. Even after noticing that my dog was fretting. Then being asked to leave while my dog was fretting when the groomer was not ready to start on my dog just made the situation worse.

  I've been to this shop many times and the animals always seem happy and well kept. One of the best things about the place is how they only have dogs and cats gotten through rescue for adoption instead of simply 'selling' puppies and kittens. The reptile room has only ever of the best features I've seen in any shop and the staff that I have spoken to about reptiles have seemed to know their stuff. My kids also enjoyed seeing the animals in the shop including the ship chicken and the chickens outside. We will definitely be going back :-)

  If I could provide a negative review I would... so totally unsatisfied but on the flip side I suppose I wont need to get the pups cut again for at least a year !

  Would not recommend and will never go back. For the same price you can get a mobile dog washer and thousand times better service and experience.

  i love coming to Savvy..... i feel like I am in really skilled hands, my hair looks and feels great for weeks afterwards. Positive environment, professional staff, pleasure to visit!

  When I eventually left after the groomer started on my dog, I sat in the car park and watched as both the groomer and other staff member tended to a sale and left the store whole leaving my dog Unattended. Really poor customer service. As well as ticking on the form and asking for a blow dry and not only not getting one.. but leaving my dog saturated when he was "ready". I just wanted to get it of there.

  When we were asked how the hair cut was I said in a very sarcastic tone it was very short (still in shock) and was politely told "that's what you asked for" well um no it wasn't what we asked for ... not to mention the cut was not even straight.

  We requested a "trim" and they came back looking like they were coming back from a few tours of military service and just as rugged.
