    Cheap sites and adequate amenities. I feel the management have backslided on the maintenance issues when it comes to tenants properties. More time is to be allocated towards that instead of reno'ing the front. Get your priorities in order!

    Tenant at this caravan park call a contractor to do a air conditioning maintenance job, unfortunately earlier job went longer then expected, and we were running late, now the tenant John Withell, will not pay our $150 account in full, and will only pay $15 per month. If John wanted to go on a payment plan, he should have negotiated this before hand, not after, off his own back. Totally unreasonable. Be cautious is what i would say.
