    My favourite KFC. Service is a little slow but the staff are so nice and my meal is always hot.

    The king's of messing up orders. 3rd time this has happened. I buy dinner for the family, get home, half of missing, family start eating, I call kfc Kallangur...rings out at least 20 times, then they say they can't do anything, I have to get back into the car and drive back to pick up the rest of the order. A family meal is destroyed thanks to these Muppets. Do a job properly, or don't do it at all. I'm writing this in the drive through. AVOID KALLANGUR KFC.

    Worst gravy I've ever experienced at any kfc in Australia. Truly it was as thin as water. There was food all over the floor of the kitchen. Chips and nuggets everywhere.

    APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE .My wife just waited 25 minutes for a large popcorn chicken. There is absolutely no customer service at this store. We could not wait longer as we had to pick our daughter up so we got a refund with no apology. The frustrating part was she could see the popcorn chicken on the tray. In future I would recommend that you let your customers know how long the wait is. We will not be returning. STAFF DO NOT CARE..

    Cant ever get an order right, and if you dont want to wait upto 30 minutes your better off going inside for a seat or elsewhere.
